When I first started my blog it was focused on my life as a mom, hence the same A Mom’s Handbook. I loved writing about pretty much everything. Posting daily holidays, national and around the world, along with small jokes often made me smile. I often wrote about my frugal adventures. Homeschooling as a hot topic that I poured a lot of heart and energy into. Times when things were stressful, I focused on making the situations full of humor.
That blog held so much of who I was at the time. It was a beautiful timeline of my children learning and growing. Sadly because of changes with my host, I had to migrate. The content moved over. I looked through a good deal of it and realized that not only has my writing style changed, but so have I. There is so much that can happen over the course of several years. Although I miss those times, I am also enjoying the life I have now. Not only am I seeing the growth of my children, but I am enjoying the expansion of my family.
That was then, This is Now!
The original blog had so many different concepts. It looked very much like what my crazy brain looks like inside. That part has not changed, although I have tried to hold on to a much more specific goal with Sensual Ways. However, I am understanding more that I still think and write all over the place.
A warning for future posts… don’t be surprised if you start reading things that are not like my normal version of art. I absolutely appreciate the gentleman who encouraged my early writing. He was inspirational and supportive during a time when I was barely hanging on. He encouraged me to put my words into outer space, in hopes that perhaps I could make just one person’s day a bit better.
